Most of our bags are clean and in mint condition — the discount comes from how we source the food, not from damage. On the rare occasion a bag does have cosmetic damage, like a torn corner or a dented box, it will always be specified so you know exactly what you're getting. Our food is always fresh and NEVER expired.
